Terms of Service

Last updated June 19, 2026

Acceptance of terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and Prompt Dock, Inc. (“Prompt Dock,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) governing your use of promptdock.ai and our related applications and services (collectively, the “Service”). By creating an account, subscribing, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and “you” includes that organization.

Eligibility and age

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. To purchase a paid subscription or enter into any contract through the Service, you must also have reached the age of majority in your jurisdiction (or be at least 18 where required). Where local law sets a higher minimum age for consent to online services, that age applies. By using the Service you represent that you meet these requirements.

The Service

Prompt Dock is a global, web-based marketplace for AI prompts. The Service includes:

  • Browsing, revealing, saving, and rating prompts.
  • Publishing prompts (free or premium), blog posts, and Prompt Challenges.
  • An AI playground that runs prompt text against Anthropic Claude models.
  • Creator monetization through a revenue-share pool, with payouts via Stripe Connect Express.

We may add, change, or remove features at any time. We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service or any feature.

Accounts

You are responsible for your account, including keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date. Notify us promptly at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized use of your account. You may sign in with email and password or Google OAuth.

Free and paid plans

The Service offers a free tier and paid monthly subscriptions:

  • Explorer — $10/month. Unlocks revealing other users’ premium prompts and the AI playground. (Posting prompts and blogs, and earning, is free on every tier.)
  • Premium Creator — $15/month. Includes Explorer benefits plus eligibility for the Verified-creator badge (subject to review), weekly payouts, and advanced analytics.
  • Master — $20/month. A higher tier with additional benefits; offered with a 14-day free trial that converts to the paid subscription unless you cancel before it ends.

Plan features and benefits are described in the Service and may change over time. Some features depend on your plan tier.

Subscriptions, billing & auto-renewal

Payments are processed by Stripe. Prompt Dock does not store your full payment card number.

  • Billing cadence. Paid plans are billed monthly in advance.
  • Automatic renewal. Your subscription automatically renews each month at the then-current price until you cancel. By subscribing, you authorize us (through Stripe) to charge your payment method on each renewal date.
  • How to cancel. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain paid access until then. Cancellation is available in-app — there is no separate phone or mail requirement.
  • Free trial. The Master 14-day free trial converts to a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless you cancel before it ends. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid being charged.
  • Price changes. We may change subscription prices. We will give you advance notice of any price increase before it takes effect, and the new price will apply only to renewals after the notice period. If you do not agree, you may cancel before the change takes effect.
  • Taxes. Prices are exclusive of taxes unless stated. You are responsible for any applicable VAT, GST, sales, or other taxes, which may be added at checkout.
  • Failed payments. If a charge fails, we may suspend or downgrade paid features until payment succeeds.

Refunds

Except where required by law (including the EU/UK right of withdrawal below) or expressly stated, subscription fees are non-refundable, and canceling does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period. We may, at our discretion, offer refunds or credits in individual cases.

EU/UK right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the EEA or the UK, you generally have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving a reason.

Because the Service provides digital content and services immediately, by subscribing and starting to use paid features you expressly request that we begin performance during the withdrawal period and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once performance has fully begun. Where performance has not fully begun, you may withdraw within 14 days by contacting [email protected], and you may be charged proportionately for any service already provided. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Your content & license to us

You retain ownership of the prompts, blog posts, challenge solutions, and other content you create and submit (“User Content”).

By submitting User Content, you grant Prompt Dock a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, display, distribute, and otherwise use your User Content as necessary to operate, provide, promote, and improve the Service — for example, to display your prompts and blogs to other users, deliver revealed prompts to entitled subscribers, and surface challenge solutions. This license lasts as long as your content is on the Service and for a reasonable period afterward for backups and legal compliance.

You represent and warrant that you own or have all necessary rights to your User Content and that it does not infringe any third party’s intellectual-property, privacy, or other rights, and does not violate any law or these Terms.

License to revealed prompts

When you reveal or unlock another user’s prompt (free or premium) consistent with your plan, you receive a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use that prompt for your own purposes within the Service and your own projects. You may not redistribute, resell, publicly republish, or bulk-export revealed prompts, or otherwise share them to circumvent the paywall. The creator retains ownership.

Creator monetization & payouts

Creators may earn from the Service as follows:

  • Revenue-share pool (current). Eligible creators earn a share of a revenue pool, which is a capped percentage of net subscription revenue, allocated by weighted view points across qualifying prompts and blogs. Allocations are calculated by us and are subject to caps and a reserve period.
  • Payouts. Cleared earnings can be withdrawn via Stripe Connect Express, subject to a $50 minimum and processed on a weekly schedule. You must complete Stripe’s identity verification (KYC) and agree to Stripe’s Connected Account Agreement. Payout timing and availability depend on Stripe.
  • Direct prompt selling (upcoming). Direct prompt sales, with an 80%/20% creator/platform split, are a planned future feature and are not currently live. Until launched, payouts are pool-based as described above. Nothing here guarantees that direct selling will be released or on particular terms.
  • Taxes. You are solely responsible for taxes on your earnings and for providing any required tax information.

We may adjust pool percentages, caps, allocation methodology, and payout rules prospectively, and we will reflect material changes in the Service.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Post or transmit content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, harassing, hateful, deceptive, malicious, or harmful, or that violates others’ rights.
  • Upload malware or use the Service to attempt to compromise security or other users.
  • Engage in prompt-injection abuse, attempts to extract other users’ hidden or premium content, or other misuse of the AI playground.
  • Scrape, crawl, bulk-harvest, or systematically collect content or data from the Service, or use bots to do so, except as expressly permitted.
  • Circumvent the paywall, access controls, rate limits, or entitlement checks, or share access to evade subscription requirements.
  • Misrepresent authorship, hijack another user’s content (for example, linking your blog to a prompt you do not own), or manipulate ratings, views, or payouts.
  • Use the Service to violate any applicable law or these Terms.

We may investigate and take action — including removing content, limiting features, or suspending or terminating accounts — for violations.

AI output disclaimer; no professional advice

The AI playground sends your prompt inputs to Anthropic and returns model-generated outputs. AI outputs are produced automatically and may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or otherwise unsuitable. Outputs are provided “as is” and without warranty of any kind. You are responsible for evaluating and verifying outputs before relying on them.

Nothing in the Service or any AI output constitutes legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice. Do not submit sensitive, confidential, or unauthorized information to the playground.

Intellectual property

The Service, including the Prompt Dock name, logos, design, software, and all related intellectual property, is owned by Prompt Dock, Inc. or its licensors and is protected by law. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms. We do not claim ownership of your User Content beyond the license you grant above. You may not use our trademarks without our prior written permission.

Copyright complaints (DMCA)

We respect intellectual-property rights and respond to valid notices under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and comparable laws. If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, send a notice to [email protected] including:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
  • Identification of the infringing material and its location on the Service.
  • Your contact information.
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized.
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.

We may remove allegedly infringing content and terminate repeat infringers. Affected users may submit a counter-notice. Our designated agent for copyright notices is the Copyright Agent, Prompt Dock, Inc., reachable at [email protected] (postal notices to our registered mailing address above).

Third-party services

The Service relies on third parties including Supabase, Stripe, Anthropic, Resend, Vercel, Logfire/OpenTelemetry, and Google. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services, and your dealings with them are at your own risk.

Disclaimers of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or that content (including AI outputs and User Content) will be accurate or reliable. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so some of these may not apply to you.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prompt Dock and its officers, employees, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) USD $100. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so they may not fully apply to you; nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Prompt Dock and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your User Content, your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms, create risk or legal exposure, or for prolonged inactivity or non-payment. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; provisions that by their nature should survive (including ownership, licenses you granted, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution) will survive.

Governing law & dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence are not affected by this clause.

Binding arbitration and class-action waiver (US users). Except as stated below, you and Prompt Dock agree to resolve disputes through final and binding individual arbitration, administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, seated in San Francisco County, California, rather than in court, and each party waives the right to participate in a class action or class arbitration.

Carve-outs. This arbitration agreement does not apply to: (a) claims that may be brought in small-claims court; (b) disputes about intellectual property; and (c) consumers in the EEA, UK, and other jurisdictions where mandatory law gives you the right to bring claims in your local courts — those consumers retain that right, and this clause does not deprive you of it.

Opt-out. You may opt out of the arbitration agreement by emailing [email protected] within 30 days of first accepting these Terms, stating your name and intent to opt out. Opting out does not affect any other part of these Terms.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date and provide reasonable notice (for example, by email or in the Service). Your continued use after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, stop using the Service.
