A charge looks wrong
A failed payment, an unexpected amount or currency, a trial charge, a refund, or a plan change that did not stick.
What to send
- The email address on your account
- The invoice ID from Settings → Billing → Billing history
- What you expected to be charged, and what you were charged
Can't get into your account
Lost your authenticator app, or you can no longer receive mail at your account address. We verify identity before changing anything.
Write from the email address on your account if you still can. We verify who you are before we change anything, and we will explain the options for your account.

What we never ask for
- Your password.
- Your card number.
- A code from your authenticator app.
If a message asks you for any of these, it did not come from us.
